Alexandra Wilsdon

Alexandra Wilsdon completed a Masters Degree in Clinical Psychology at Flinders University and is a registered Clinical Psychologist with the Psychology Board of Australia.

Alexandra has worked in multiple settings both in Australia and in the United Kingdom. She has experience working across the lifespan and in hospital, outpatient, rural and private areas.

Alexandra has experience working with complex psychological difficulties, including;

  • Mood Disorders (e.g., depression, bipolar, anxiety disorders)
  • Schizophrenia, Medically Unexplained Symptoms (including Conversion Disorder and Non-Epileptic Seizures)
  • Habit Reversal Training for children and adults with Tourette Syndrome
  • Childhood social, emotional, educational assessments
  • Parenting education and support for challenging childhood behaviours

Alexandra has provided both individual and group therapeutic interventions. In practice she uses a variety of therapy modalities, including Cognitive Behavioural Therapy, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, Metacognitive Therapy, Attachment-Based Parenting Interventions and various Stress Management Strategies.

Erin Lear

Erin Lear completed a Masters Degree in Clinical Psychology at the University of South Australia, and is a registered Clinical Psychologist with the Psychology Board of Australia.

Erin has worked in multiple settings with children, families and adults. She has experience working with complex developmental and psychological difficulties, including;

  • Mood disorders (e.g. bipolar, depression and anxiety disorders)
  • Developmental disorders (and associated difficulties)
  • Personality Disorders (e.g. borderline personality disorder)
  • Relationship and attachment difficulties
  • Substance abuse disorders
  • Grief and trauma (including post-traumatic stress disorder)
  • Parenting education and support for challenging childhood behaviours

Erin uses evidence-based therapeutic modalities to treat psychological difficulties across the lifespan. These include Cognitive Behavioural Therapy, Mindfulness, Dialectical Behaviour Therapy, Relaxation and Stress Management Strategies and Attachment-Based Parenting Interventions and Psychotherapy.

Matthew CondiE

Matthew Condie is an Australian-trained and based clinical psychologist with an international education in Sport and Performance Psychology in the United States. Throughout his career, Matthew has held several key roles in clinical psychology including child protection, youth and adult mental health, forensic drug and alcohol, emergency psychiatric services, perinatal and infant mental health and refugee mental health both in Australia and abroad.

Matthew has experience in working with children, individuals and families, with a particular focus on attachment-based interventions, Cognitive Behaviour Therapy, Dialectical Behaviour Therapy, Schema Therapy, and Mindfulness. Matthew uses several skills and intervention to address several mental health concerns with the goal of developing a balanced, resilient and successful individual. Matthew is also an educator in the United States, teaching in the area of Sport and Performance psychology and leadership.
